1. SOME COLORANTS USED IN SOAPS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO STAIN. COLORS SUCH AS BLACK SOAPS, RED SOAPS AND SO ON. DUE TO THE HIGH SATURATION FOR COLORANT, WE ADVISE USING OLD COLORED WASH RAGS WHEN USING THE SOAPS. DURING OUR TESTING OF SAID PRODUCTS, THERE WAS NO STAINING OF SKIN OR BATH RAGS, TOWELS OR BATH ACCESSORIES. COLORANT BLEEDING IN SUDS AND BUBBLES IS POSSIBLE.

2. WHILE A VAST MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MARKETED FOR ADULTS, THERE ARE TIMES WE DO HAVE CERTAIN ITEMS MARKETED FOR CHILDREN. IN THE EVENT WE HAVE NO CHILDREN MARKETED PRODUCTS, THE PARENT TAKES FULL RESPONSIBLITY IF CHILD IS ALLOWED TO USE ADULT BATH PRODUCTS. WHAT THIS MEANS IS IF YOU ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO USE A BAR OF SOAP OR OTHER PRODUCTS WITH ESSENTIAL OILS AND YOUR CHILD MIGHT HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION, YOU ARE STATING YOU ARE THE PARENT AND KNOW WHATS BEST FOR THEM AND WILL BE TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THOSE ACTIONS.

Your satisfaction is valuable to us, so we will work diligently to make certain you are happy with your purchases. Please be mindful of the ingredients lists. Some products can contain items (such as tree nut oils, lanolin and similar ingredients) that can cause allergic or adverse reactions. We will always list them so you can make informed purchases.

We usually will ship your items to you within a few business days, except for high volume holidays etc. We know you are looking forward to your order, so everything will be done to get your products to you as soon as possible.

All of our products are handmade or poured when they are ordered. They are packaged and labeled once your order is received. We like to keep that handmade look for our products and feel hand packing and individual labeling keeps this goal.

Please keep in mind that each time a product is made it may not be an exact duplicate from a time you may have previously ordered, this is the beauty of handmade products.

We want you to be happy with your orders, but we are unable to refund money for products due to the nature of the skin care products for obvious reasons. We do package all products for shipping but we can responsible for damage in transit.

We know some people have allergies to certain things, so please read the list of ingredients before placing your order. Additionally, scents are a matter of taste and what one person likes, another may not. Please be sure you realize that you are taking a gamble by ordering a scent you may or may not like, if you have never tried it before. This is not the responsibility of our worker bees in the shoppe.
